Joining the Coast Guard

Active-Duty enlistment in the Coast Guard means you'll become a full-time soldier. Enlistment cash bonuses are available with certain jobs.

To enlist, you must be:

Between the ages of 17 and 34

A U.S. citizen or registered alien

Healthy and in good physical condition

Enlistment resources

Reenlisting

Stay on top of the game when it comes time to reenlist.


Getting Out/Retiring
